General Policy and Privacy
1. Purpose of Service
- Tutors Lagbe is an online platform that connects tutors and guardians.
- Our goal is to provide qualified tutors for guardians.
- We aim to supply appropriate tuition opportunities for tutors.
2. Registration Policy
- Tutors and guardians must provide accurate and authentic information.
- Providing false or incorrect information may lead to profile cancellation.
- Users are responsible for keeping their account information up to date.
3. Responsibilities of Tutors and Guardians
- Tutors: Must conduct classes on time and act responsibly as per the schedule.
- Guardians: Must behave respectfully towards tutors and ensure a suitable environment for the student.
- Both parties must maintain professional behavior and respectful communication.
4. Payment Policy
- Registration Fee: ৳0 (No registration fee)
- Service Charge (Per Tuition):
* ✅ 45% – If paid within 1 week of starting the tuition
* ✅ 50% – If paid within 2 weeks of starting the tuition
* ✅ 60% – If paid after receiving the monthly salary - Payment Methods:
* bKash (Personal/Agent)
* Rocket
* Nagad - Payment Confirmation:
* After payment, tutors must send the transaction receipt or screenshot to our official WhatsApp number.
5. Commission Policy
- Once tuition is confirmed, tutors must pay a fixed percentage of the monthly salary as commission.
- The commission percentage may change and will be notified by the management.
- If a tutor fails to pay the commission after confirming a tuition, a legal notice will be issued to them first. If they still do not pay the commission after receiving the legal notice, legal action will be taken against them.
6. Refund Policy
- If tuition is canceled after receiving the 1st month’s salary: 10% will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
- If canceled after the 2nd month’s salary: No refund will be provided.
- Refund Conditions:
If canceled within the 1st month:
* If the guardian pays no salary, the full service charge will be refunded.
-If the guardian pays partially, still the full service charge will be refunded.
If canceled in the 2nd month or later:
-Continuation after the first month depends on your performance and responsibility.
-No complaints will be accepted once the payment is received.
- Refund Process:
* Cancellation must be reported on the same day it occurs.
* Refund requests must be submitted, and processing will be completed within 7 days. - Refund Not Applicable If:
* The tutor is irregular or fails to teach as scheduled.
* The tutor leaves due to personal reasons.
* Tuition is canceled due to family, job, or health issues. - Payment Queries:

7. Privacy Policy
- Information provided by tutors and guardians will remain confidential.
- It will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.
8. Disciplinary Policy
- Both tutors and guardians must maintain professional conduct.
- Violation of policies may result in profile cancellation or ban.
9. Modifications & Updates
- Tutors Lagbe reserves the right to update these policies.
- All users will be informed of any changes.
